The Gift of Presence

Advent is a time of waiting, anticipation, and hope. It’s the space between the two comings of Jesus. One of these we celebrate at Christmas, and one as we await Jesus’ imminent return to make all things new.

The focus this year is going to be on “the gift of presence.” We aren’t doing online or patio gatherings for this time through advent to encourage people to be present, face to face, side by side with one another as much as possible through this time as we celebrate the gift of presence we have in Jesus our Emmanuel which means God with us.

This week we are going to be looking at finding God’s presence in the silence.
