“Love Came Down” is our new teaching series starting on December 1st, 2013. This series is all about the personal implications of the incarnation of Christ. We will be exploring what it means for us to have God with us. If you are a follower in the way of Jesus or just searching for truth this will be a great series to engage with. We will be learning together from a prophecy about the birth of Jesus written by the prophet Isaiah between 680-750 years before he was born.
“For to us a child is born,
to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.

Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” Isaiah 9:6 (NIV)
This Christmas Season will be a special one for Society Church as we celebrate together our Savior’s birth. Here is a schedule of times to connect with and celebrate with us.
- Sunday, December 1st-29th @ 10:30am– Our Christmas teaching series, and celebration all month long.
- Sunday, Dec 8th @ 6:30-7:30pm–A special night of worship & prayer at Beatnik Studios, childcare will be provided. Location- 723 S Street, Sacramento CA 95811.
- Sunday, Dec 15th @ 10:30am- We will be collecting goods and donations for our homeless friends downtown that are transitioning out of homelessness. List of goods will be provided in December.
- Sunday, Dec 22nd @ 10:30am- A very special Christmas Service for our community and family. This worship gathering will be shortened to 1hr and will be a “family worship gathering” which means the kids will be in with us, nursery will be available during service. Our children will be sharing 2 special songs with us, and there will be special treats for everyone to enjoy, so be sure to invite family and friends to join us!
